CSVFD responded to a residential structure fire on Farmington Drive just after 10pm on October 25. Wagon 3 arrived on the scene to find heavy fire coming from side “D” of a 2-story home. Fire supression efforts were hampered by structural failures on the 2nd floor. The structural failures resulted in a defensive attack from the responding units which included Ladder 3, Engine 3, Tanker 3 and assisting companies and crews from Clearbrook Co. 7 and Back Creek Co. 11 stations.
